Same-Day Delivery for ISB/RWP

Policy: Orders placed before 3:00 PM for delivery within Islamabad/Rawalpindi will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.

Quick Returns

Policy: Returned items will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item, and you will be notified once the return is approved.

Exchange for Misquoted Items

Explanation: We take full responsibility for product listing accuracy.
Policy: If the item you received is significantly different from its description or image, you can request an exchange.

Wrong or Damaged Products

Explanation: We ensure product quality and accurate shipping.
Policy: If you receive an incorrect product or one that is damaged during shipment, you are eligible for a free exchange.

Complete Package Assurance

Explanation: Your order should arrive complete and in perfect form.
Policy: If any accessory, component, or part is missing from the package, we will ship the missing parts after confirmation.

Video Proof of the Items

Explanation: Helps verify the condition of the product upon delivery.
Policy:  An unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, the product, and all included components. This is required for any claims related to:

• Missing items
• Damaged products
• Wrong deliveries

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.

No Warranty for Electronic Products

Explanation: Most electronic items are sold as-is and cannot be returned once used.
Policy: Electronic products are not covered under warranty. We recommend testing the item as soon as you receive it. Exchanges are only allowed if the product is damaged on arrival or incorrectly delivered.

Return Request Timing

Explanation: We operate within a strict return window.
Policy: All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days (local orders) and 20 days (bulk orders) from the invoice date.

Explanation: Ensures authenticity of your claim.
Policy: A copy of your invoice or order confirmation is required for any return, exchange, or or claim.

Order Cancellation Policy

Policy: Only those orders that are still in processing or have not yet been shipped are eligible for cancellation. 

Explanation: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. If your order is still in the processing stage or has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.
